We are constantly bombarded with nutrition advice every day and this advice isn’t always true or the healthiest information to listen to.  Our workshops will help make sense of common nutrition myths and will teach you common sense strategies for losing weight and making healthy food choices.

Nutritional Education: this includes information on the areas of interest to help you attain your goals, and guidance with meal planning and preparation.

Grocery Store Tour: we go shopping with you!  This is a great way to learn how to read a label and understand nutritional information; along with ingredients and what to avoid!

Self Care: we all know we should take care of ourselves, but who has time nowadays and how do i do that with everything else i “have” to do!  We will show you how!

Detox: besides nutrition, we discuss other areas of importance that you should consider to live a cleaner lifestyle!

Cancer 101: do you know 1 in every 2 adults will be diagnosed with cancer soon?  We will discover ways to prevent yourself from becoming a statistic!
